I had to rely on a recorded message to get an alternative contact number, which was quite frustrating in a moment of need, especially with my phone battery nearly dying.

Y'all, I loved the big windows with those cute French balconies! The complimentary drinks in the fridge were a sweet surprise. The staff were so friendly, always ready to help. Only wished for better bedcovers, but I reckon I still got some good rest despite that. Can't forget that warm feeling I got from the cozy coffee nook!

Limited counter space for toiletries!!! Room cleanliness is lacking with hair everywhere!!! Broken items in the room were not properly fixed, such as the toilet paper holder and AC panel cover!!!
